Residential development consisting in a three storey detached 3 bedroom house with swimming pool facilities. The house is located in the West part of Union Island within the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines nation.
The proposal has the living accommodation elevated in order to have uninterrupted views to the sea and the surroundings. This configuration allows the creation of different platforms in the plot and enough space bellow for the provision of a storm proof shelter in the basement.
Next face in the development will be the construction of six units of two bedroom detached houses with private swimming pool.
